The Office of the State Attorney employs law school graduates who have not yet sat for or passed the Florida Bar exam as Certified Legal Interns. To qualify for certification by the Florida Supreme Court, you must have completed an approved law school practice program. Applicants who do not meet certification requirements will not be considered for employment until after becoming a member of the Florida Bar; refer to Chapter 11 of the Florida Bar Rules.

How to Apply:
Please download the Employment Application, Background Supplement and Criminal History Record Check forms. After downloading, you must print the application and Criminal Background Check form and complete both manually.


Once completed you may send the employment application, background supplement, along with your Criminal History Record Check form, resume and cover letter to:
